The 25 quintal Giffi Noleggi diesel forklift was created to guarantee maximum ergonomics and working functionality for forklift drivers who work shifts and for many consecutive hours. Comfort is guaranteed as standard: anti-vibration suspended cab, ergonomic seat and levers, clear and legible display. Our trolley has a variable capacity of 2.5 tons. Giffi Noleggi forklifts are unbeatable in terms of energy efficiency, particularly in their reduced consumption and compliance with anti-pollution regulations. Thanks to its compact size, this trolley can be used in narrow aisles and inside containers and the operator protection module is completely suspended. The Full Suspended Cab system minimises vibrations and, combined with a soundproofing system, reduces to minimise noise. The seat, the hydraulic levers located next to the operator, the pedals arranged as in a car and the perfect visibility allow the operator an ergonomic and comfortable working position, making driving instinctive and less tiring. The modular structure allows excellent access to all internal components. A new 3.1 litre, 46.5 kW diesel engine provides the right power and low exhaust emissions, and the new hydrodynamic transmission with torque converter is ideal for use in both loading, unloading of goods and transport. On long journeys, the large diameter drum brake guarantees braking capacity in all conditions of use. Our 25 quintals forklift boasts the inching system, which ensures maximum precision in approaching manoeuvres while making the maximum lifting speed available. The new steering axle, obtained by casting, allows, thanks to the compact structure, a greater steering angle, a smaller turning radius and reduced working aisles. Grease nipples positioned in the contact points allow for optimal maintenance with reduced times and costs. The lift mast with optimised profiles together with the new fork carrier plates guarantees excellent visibility and high residual capacities. A high lifting speed leads to shorter goods handling times and therefore lower operating costs.
