Thanks to the gutter channels, rainwater is made to flow towards special drainage holes under the floor at a height of about 10 cm to prevent infiltration. The steel profiling also helps to support the flooring made of water-repellent 18mm wood panels, while the walkable upper part is covered in PVC. Thanks to the external covering of the corners with galvanised steel profiles, the structure is highly reinforced. The door and the window are made of anodised aluminium which guarantees great resistance to wear over time, even the upper cover is made up of insulating panels supported by a steel frame. The walls of the office sheet metal boxes are made of sturdy 0.5mm double-layer galvanized steel sheet with insulation made of polyurethane foam. A pre-painted sheet metal skirting board is present on the entire perimeter of the floor, strengthening the structure and making it aesthetically better. Inside there is a connection for the light, a socket for the current, a thermal-magnetic circuit breaker and an external junction box for latching onto the mains.
